Turn around time
It does vary per individual customer (depending on how many proof revisions), but the average time is 1-1/2 to 2 weeks from ordering to receiving your invitations.
I only ship next day insured Royal Mail special delivery™, it guarantees you get your invites safely and on time, if your order is over 2kg or an international shipment I use UPS 24hr delivery.
How long will it take once the proofs are signed off for print?
You will normally receive your order within 3-4 working days after they are sent to print.
(Express printing available at an extra charge)
Can I change the wording and layouts on the invitation design?
Yes! I can incorporate most requests for design changes, there are a few elements that might be troublesome, but I am very flexible. On certain designs there are spaces at the rear of the invitation for extra information to be added for example gifting, dress codes, directions, accommodation.
Can I change the colours?
I can change colours to match your wedding scheme but I cannot guarantee an exact match as they can differ from computer to print.
Do you do evening invitations as well?
Yes! I can produce matching evening versions to accompany your daytime invitations.
How many proofs am I allowed?
I don’t like to rush or force my customers to get it right the first or second time, I want to help you get it absolutely perfect so I will re-design as many proofs as it takes to get it right.
How do I pay?
I take bank transfers, which are free, easy and quick and wont delay the design process. My bank details are located at the bottom of the invoice I send you once you have submitted an order form. I can also take cheques but work cannot be carried out until funds have cleared into the bank.
How can I make an order?
Once you have all your information ready you can order online by clicking the banner on the ‘home page’, or alternatively if you like to take more time over it you can download an PDF form from the ‘how to order’ page.
What if I have spotted a spelling mistake on my finished invitations?
Once you have approved the final proofs for printing we cannot be held responsible for any errors or mistakes to the text or layout. I strongly encourage every customer to take their time and thoroughly check the proofs and even recruit a friend or relative as a second pair of eyes. I am happy to make as many changes and alterations as you need prior to going to print. On the very rare occasion you might need a reprint made I will supply them at a 50% discount.
How do you print your invitations?
All my invitations and stationery are printed using a modern digital press, this allows me to print fine details and great colours to match my invitation designs, I only print on quality heavyweight paper stocks sourced from sustainable resources and are (FSC) approved.
I love your designs but can you design bespoke invitations to an individual couple?
Yes, I can undertake bespoke commissions as long as the customer has a strong idea and direction to what they require. Turn around times can vary and tend to be a lot longer than normal as it is a slow process from concept to the finished product.I do not copy other designer’s work, if you have seen something you like please contact them!
