​The first step…

Take your time have a good look at the designs in our collections page; remember all of our invitations and RSVP cards can be customised. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about the stationary. If you like what we do but want something entirely made from scratch specifically for you and your partner, let me know as we provide a bespoke service.

The second step…​

So you have found the design for you! Here are the important details you may want to consider:

Quantities: Remember if you have 100 guests you will probably not need to order a 100 invites as the majority will be couples or families which only need one invite per household.​

Pricing: We have a simple and honest price list so there are no unexpected hidden costs or any wedding premiums. What you see is what you pay.​

Wording: We will need the important details: names, dates, times, addresses, emails. (You can use an order form to see what information is required.)

Extra information: On most of our invitations there is space for extra information you may wish to add (e.g. directions, accommodation, dress code, gift lists). We also produce info or particular cards for each design if you wish to have a separate item.​

Finishing details: Consider envelopes, place cards, order of service, menu, table plans…​

The third step…

The ordering process: Once you have all your information together and submitted the order form, we will then send you an invoice requesting a £50 non-refundable deposit.​

When the deposit has been received your proofs will be designed and sent to you (In PDF form) via email for any checks and alterations to be made. (You will receive your proofs the same or next working day)

Errors you might need to check for: Spelling, punctuation, dates, names, emails, addresses, phone numbers, layout. (Have a family member or friend double-check this for you as well.)​

Final proofing…

With any alterations made, a final proof will be sent to you.

Once you are absolutely happy the proofs are perfect and it has been thoroughly checked you need to sign them off for print. (Via email confirmation.)

PLEASE MAKE SURE! You check and double check this copy as once you have approved this final proof we cannot be responsible for any errors or mistakes after it has gone to print.

Payment: We will ask for the remaining balance before we send to the printers.

We will notify you when your order is ready for Shipping.
